This is a hit and miss place depending on who is behind the counter. The tortas are decent size, they grill the bread which is a nice touch, but the meats seem old and the flavor no the greatest. The vegetables seem okay. The place is old and dirty, and the hygiene from some of the employees not the best since they don't have a person only dedicated to be a cashier and the same person who takes your order also prepares your order and after handling the money the won't wash their hands. Kind of weird that they grab your money wearing gloves..... As for customer service most of the employees are okay but a couple of them have really bad attitude. They also are very inconsistent in the way how they do things. I go there for the carrot juice and sometimes it is warm, other times it is not strained and other times they add ice.... The fruit salads are the best, I was impressed by them.

Gave this place a shot just trying to mix it up with another favorite I have in Oxnard for Tortas and juices. Customer service was ok. They serve you your drinks in these fancy cups like the ones that you would eat your shrimp cocktail in.. that's kinda nice. I saw them microwave pre made meat stored in little plastic baggies.. not so nice. It's also dirty and past health inspections have found cockroaches so first and last time here.
